Why I made this

It started with one radish.

I came across a meme built around a simple “radish retirement plan” joke.

The joke was “Buy and retire” — and the meme was literally just a picture of a radish.

For whatever reason, I loved it. It was simple, funny, and the idea stuck with me.

The project eventually disappeared.

The idea didn’t.

Not long after, I thought — why don’t I build something of my own?

One became two. Two became ten.

I started with Roots — a retired radish who has clearly earned his time off.

Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just a token with a mascot and started becoming an actual world.

Now there are ten characters, memes, animated shorts and stories — and I’m just seeing how far I can take it.
